Purpose of the Learnership
The purpose of this learnership is to prepare participants for service consulting roles within a branch environment. Learners will welcome clients, manage branch flow, and assist customers with transactions across self-service and digital banking channels.
Through this programme, participants gain the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to work confidently in a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Learners will be trained to:

Coordinate branch queues to ensure efficient client flow

Assist clients at ATMs and self-service terminals

Support clients with transactions on remote and digital channels
